The educational model of Xaloc Technic School is based on the pedagogical conception of Personalized Education. Among other things, to facilitate the development of these dimensions, each student, if desired, has the accompaniment of a personal tutor, who guides and promotes the integral development of students, in the process of acquiring the personal and professional skills of each student. In the case of minors, it conducts periodic interviews with parents, who are the main educators of their children.
Our educational framework offers an education that starts from the equality of boys and girls in rights, duties and dignity. All receive the same training, far from any discrimination, in order to achieve real equality of opportunities for all students, without limiting their abilities or conditioning future options.
